Election day

Yesterday the elections (in Monte Vista at least) went smoothly. The queue was short in Monte Vista, but apparently it was three times as long before I arrived there. In Welgelegen there was apparently a one Kilometer long queue.

Later as I was trying to get pre-paid electrity and heard on radio news that there was violence somewhere again. All a result of the elections. Usually tempers tend to flare quite a bit especially when some parties have members that just cause trouble. In the end, I didn't get the pre-paid electricity since there was a power failure.
