The annual crazy "40 days" season

As every year, the matriculants have their annual "40 days" event. Just like last year, a lot of them are coming for costumes, which keeps me rather busy.

Cape Town Book Fair 2009

As every year, the annual Cape Town Book Fair is happening again for four days at the Cape town International Convention Centre (CTICC). The programme of the event can be found at www.capetownbookfair.com.

As usual I will be making a Spider-Man appearance on Sunday at 12 at the Readers Den stand.

Easter Bunny season

The requests lately for Easter Bunny suits have increased quite a bit. I am now getting another set of suits, this time in pink and grey from a local manufacturer. These will be hand made, not mass manufactured. Yesterday I received the feet, hands and masks, just the suits themselves are missing.

Bunny suits

Requests for bunny suits are becoming more common. Yesterday I wore one of my new bunny suits and a friend of mine took photos. They still have to be posted on my costume renting website in the animal costume section. The suit is great, eyesight is wonderful, breathing is a bit of an issue. The costume should be quite fun to wear at shopping centres and Easter events.
